Chia Seeds Pudding with Blueberries

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Chia seeds
200 ml of coconut milk
100 ml of coconut milk to whip coconut cream or you can use store-bought coconut cream
10 Blueberries
4 tsp of maple syrup or honey
Mint to garnish

Instructions
To make chia pudding, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and maple syrup in a bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Taste to adjust sweetness.
After taking it out from the fridge thin it down by adding 2 to 3 tbsp of coconut milk.
Blend blueberries into a paste.
Whip coconut cream using homemade coconut milk or you can use store-bought coconut cream.
Add the blueberry paste into the coconut cream and gently mix well.
Spoon the chia pudding into a personal-sized glassware or mason jar.
Add blueberry coconut cream on top of the chia pudding.
And garnish your pudding with some blueberries, mint.
