Carrot, Apple, and Ginger juice

This refreshing and healthy carrot, apple, and ginger juice is not only energizing but super easy to make.

Ingredients 

3 large carrot

1 large apple

1 or 1/2 inch fresh ginger peeled

1/2 inch raw turmeric optional


Instructions

1. Wash all produce well.

2. Cut the ends and peel the carrots.

3. Peel the skin on ginger and turmeric. 

4. Cut the apple into quarters and discard the seeds, core, and stem.

5. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
